Prayer of Confession: Faithful God, who has been with us from the beginning, we confess that we have not fully lived into your vision for our lives. As Christian community, you call us to love one another, to be kind and patient with one another, to not be irritable or resentful. Forgive us when we fall short. You have called us to share all that we have, to be holy and righteous. Forgive us when we fall short. You call us to give cheerfully in all things and to trust in your generosity and abundance. Forgive us when we fall short. God, create in us a clean heart, and renew in us a right spirit, so that we may truly be your people in the world.
